Access Notification Administration:
Navigate to the Administration section and select "Notification Administration" to access the main page.
Create a Subscriber:
Choose "Create Subscriber," and a window will appear.

Save Your Preferences:
Click on "Create Subscriber". Your information will be displayed on the Notification Administration page for reference.
