Material Properties & Geospatial Data Quality Email Notifications

This feature is purpose-built to ensure data quality standards within the Stockpile and Inventory Optimization Application. Poor data quality directly impacts the accuracy of stockpile blockmodels and material tracking, making it pivotal for precise results. This feature automatically conducts checks to detect four key data issues during the regular ingestion of raw mine data:

  1. Dump and Reclaim events with missing GPS coordinates.

  2. Dump and Reclaim events falling outside asset boundaries.

  3. Dump events with null material properties.

  4. Dump events with material property values outside of the expected range.

If any of the aforementioned issues exceed the 10% threshold, the system triggers an email notification to subscribed users. Thresholds are customizable, For adjustments, please contact IntelliSense.io support team.

Email Notification Details: The email notification includes comprehensive details to help you quickly understand and address the detected data quality issue:

  • Data Issue Type: The specific type of data issue that has been identified.

  • Affected Asset: Name of the asset (Configured stockpiles, Crusher(s), and Other if unknown).

  • Exceeded Percentage: The exact percentage by which the identified issue has exceeded the set 10% threshold.

  • Data Quality Page Link: A direct link to our data quality page where you can view a complete analysis and detailed information about the issue.
