brains.app platform supports rich facilities to create and manage dashboards. Dashboards provide on-demand access to all of your most important metrics and facilitate an effective and efficient decision-making process. Advantages of brains.app dashboards include:

  • access to both raw and derived variables within asset structure;

  • visualize any accessible data through a growing set of widgets;

  • analyze historic data to facilitate root cause analysis;

  • organize and display process data for your assets in the most effective ways.

Below you can see an example of a dashboard.

You can create a new dashboard in two ways:

  • New empty dashboard;

  • Copy of the existing dashboard.

To create a new empty dashboard:

  1. Click on the Dashboard menu on the left navigation panel of brains.app window

  2. In the list of dashboards, select + New Dashboard.

  3. Enter a dashboard name and choose to share the dashboard with the users of the same role.

  4. Click Submit to create the new dashboard.

To create a copy of the existing dashboard:

  1. Click on the Dashboard menu on the left navigation panel of brains.app window

  2. In the list of dashboards, select a predefined dashboard in the list.

  3. Then use the Duplicate Dashboard button from the dashboard toolbar as shown below to copy the dashboard.

4. Rename this duplicate dashboard,that is created with all content of the source one as shown below.

5. You can take this as a starting point and amend the structure of the new dashboard to meet your specific needs.
